Cancellation Policy

Sessions are held for you personally, and the time is set aside in full. Because of this:

Cancellations & rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule any session free of charge with 48 hours' notice or more.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at 50% of the session fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions without notice, are charged in full.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at its scheduled time, so we protect the closing of the work — sessions of this nature should not end abruptly. If I am ever late, the full session time will be honoured.

The signature journey

The four sessions of The Descent & The Return are designed to be held within a contained period, so the work stays alive between meetings. Individual sessions within the journey can be rescheduled under the same 48-hour policy above. If the journey needs to be paused for longer due to your circumstances, we will speak and find the right way forward together.

If I need to cancel

Life happens on my side too. If I ever need to cancel a session, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund of that session — your choice.

Illness & emergencies

If you are unwell or a genuine emergency arises, tell me as soon as you can. I will always aim to be human about it.
