Booking & payment
- All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
- All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
The signature journey
- The journey begins with a short conversation, free of charge, so we can both feel into whether it is the right container. Payment is only taken once we have both said yes.
- The journey can be paid either in full at booking, or in two instalments as agreed at the outset.
Refunds
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Pre-paid sessions that have not yet taken place are refundable in line with the cancellation policy.
- If you begin the signature journey and decide not to continue, sessions already held are charged at the standard single-session rate, and the remainder is refunded.
A note
If anything about payment ever feels unclear or difficult, speak to me. I would always rather have an honest conversation than leave something unspoken.
